Stockton PolicePerson shot: A 20-year-old woman was opening a gate at her home in the 800 block of Searchlight Avenue about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday when several gunshots were fired, police said. The woman was struck by several rounds and taken to a hospital. Her wounds are not life-threatening. The shooter was described as driving a late-model, dark sedan.
Auto burglary arrest: A police dog helped subdue a man hiding in a home after abandoning a stolen car he rammed into a curb at Poplar Street and Airport Way on Wednesday morning, police said. Marlon Bradley, 26, was found in a home in the 1300 block of East Flora Street shortly after 7 a.m., police said. He was subdued by police after fleeing from Delta Regional Auto Theft Task Force officers, officials said. Also arrested was Tiffany Wilson, 20, who was found in the car Bradley abandoned, police said.
