Looking to move to a safe neighborhood in Stockton, CA from IN. Ideally, close to or in an Asian 'hood, too ?
Just don't want to be any place where there is a real threat of violence or gangs. I've reviewed the area's FBI index and it is similar to the town/city I'm moving from, which has some really dangerous areas but mostly more petty stuff, like thefts or
Stockton is a hole. And any place referred to as a 'hood, is not a safe place to be around.
And even though the price of housing in Stockton has crashed lately, it is still like double what you pay in Indiana.
