/PRNewswire/ -- Comcast Hometown Network (CHN), Comcast's regional cable network on Channel 104 covering Northern and Central California, today announced that it will televise 24 high school basketball games as part of its ever-expanding Comcast Hometown Sports (CHS) programming in 2012 (see complete schedule below). The games, appearing under the banner of "Xfinity High School Sports," will be available on Channel 104 to all Comcast digital cable customers throughout Northern and Central California. The telecasts kick off on January 7, with Burbank High School of Sacramento hosting perennial power Sacramento High School."Comcast Hometown Network continues its extensive coverage of high school sports in the Northern and Central California region with our 2012 prep basketball season line-up," said Jeff Giles, Director of Comcast Hometown Network.
