Mill Hill readies for Holiday House Tour
TRENTON - With the Christmas season in full swing, Linda Tuccillo is getting into the holiday spirit in a most unusual way.
Tuccillo, along with several of her neighbors in Trenton’s Mill Hill section, will open her home to revelers near and far with the Mill Hill Holiday House Tour. The event traditionally hosts beautiful homes adorned in holiday decoration, with some residents offering hot cider and other pleasantries such as Christmas carolers to get crowds into the holiday mood.
“I enjoy doing it,”’ she said, explaining that this year she and her friend, a landscaper, will erect a 20-foot evergreen in front of her Jackson Street home, and deck it out in festive Christmas décor.
This year’s tour, which marks the 45th anniversary of Mill Hill, will take place from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. People will be able to get a look at majestic homes dating back to the 1800s.
The tour begins at Artworks, located at 19 Everett Alley and South Stockton Street.

"All the homes that are going to be on tour, I (e-mail) them to myself. The client can look at the pictures as we're driving." The iPad also breaks down barriers with those older clients and others who may be technophobic, she said.
Every time I drive in it reminds me of home a bit 'cause it's a bit miserable but it's just like a posher version of my home town. So you touched briefly on the NME tour, the La Roux tour. What have you been doing since then?
