Marina Village West is a 528-unit apartment community built
in 1972 that was extensively renovated in 1994 with
additional upgrades completed in 2009. The multifamily
complex is situated on over 21 acres and offers one- and two-
bedroom floor plans featuring walk-in closets, vaulted
ceilings, fireplaces and a private balcony or patio. Property
amenities include a basketball court, three lighted tennis
courts, six laundry facilities, three swimming pools, and a
spa. Marina Village West was over 95 percent leased at
closing.
