What are valid reasons a Mobile Home Park can deny my Application?

I've entered an agreement to purchase a mobile home from the owner. Sumitted an application to be a tenant. Was asked three times for additional paycheck stubs,(which were provided). The last one was included in the envelope with the monthly park fee.

She does not have to rent to you and no one at all will force her to. Any reason is "valid" as long as not based on race, religion, nationality or sexual orientation. She can not like you, think you are dishonest, don't make enough money,

Jan was born in Hanford, CA to Charles and Marie Combs. At age 5 the family moved to Stockton where she lived most of her life. Jan attended Roosevelt Grammar School, Franklin High School and graduated from Stockton Junior College in 1956.

She leaves behind her husband Melvin Mayer after 54 wonderful years of marriage. They had 3 children, a daughter, Tammy Mayer-McCann (Gary) and 2 sons, Barry and Michael. One grandson,

(Colleen) and their children Ryan, Nicole and Andy (Jamie) and 3 children.

Jan worked as a payroll clerk at Stockton Unified School District as well as a CHP radio dispatcher. They later started their own real estate business "Big Trees Realty" in Dorrington, CA. Jan enjoyed the luncheons with her Franklin High friends and Madra's Del Camino Club and Wife's of Retired Highway Patrolmans.
