Stockton girl, 12, still missingSTOCKTON - Stockton police are searching for a 12-year-old girl who is considered to be at-risk since running away from home Sunday evening.Police said Pebbles Singkeo was last seen at her mother's house on the 700 block of East Hazelton Avenue at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Shooting victim remains criticalSTOCKTON - A 19-year-old man shot twice late Saturday evening remains in critical condition, said Officer Pete Smith, a spokesman for the Stockton Police Department.
The victim, whose identity is being withheld, was shot several times near the railroad tracks in the 400 block of Jill Circle at about 10:45 p.m.
The shooting is being investigated and police are not speculating on a possible motive.
